Utraweld Co., Inc. founded in 1992, is a mechanical contracting firm specializing in sanitary piping installations for the Food, Dairy, Beverage and Pharmaceutical industries. The founders brought with them a broad background and more than 40 years experience welding austenitic stainless steel tube and pipe systems in sanitary, hygienic applications. All Ultraweld Co., Inc. installations are performed under the auspices of The American Welding Society standards, coupled with the AWS D18.1:199X standard written at the request of the 3-A Sanitary Standards Committee.

Over the years, services have expanded to include the Custom Fabrication of Tanks, Platforms, Specialized Processing Equipment, Flow Divert Panels, Skid Mounted C.I.P. Units, equipment repair, both emergency and major overhaul. Engineering and Technical Support available as required.

Crews are supported by a fleet of trucks and van type trailers equipped with the "Latest State of The Art" GTAW welding units and hand tools. Orbital Welding and Borescope Services available upon request. WPS's, PQR's, WPQ's furnished upon request.

Our shop is staffed and set-up to fabricate custom designed stainless steel assemblies, tanks up to #5000 Gal. with flat, dished or cone bottoms, insulation as required. Repairs and/or modifications performed on existing equipment, hydrostatic testing conducted when necessary.

In addition, Ultraweld Co., Inc. is experienced in the installation of piping systems for ammonia refrigeration systems, steam and plant utility services. The Ultraweld Co., Inc. is also experienced in the installation and requirements for culinary steam and air.
